I. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to the services and products offered on the website operated by the Service Provider at www.liviamorvai.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The individual contract concluded based on this GTC is not filed by the Service Provider; it is concluded exclusively in electronic form between the parties.
The language of the contract and all contractual communication is Hungarian.
This GTC does not refer to any code of conduct.
The scope of this GTC covers all purchases made through the www.liviamorvai.com website and all contracts concluded between the Service Provider and the User.

III. Scope of Products and Services Available for Purchase
-Online ordering and delivery of original paintings.
-Online ordering and delivery of art prints.
-Purchase and download of digital content (such as wallpapers or digital prints).
-Newsletter subscription service, which users may join voluntarily.
IV. Ordering Process
1.Placing an order: by selecting the product and providing the required information on the website.
2.Payment: by online credit/debit card (via Stripe) or any other available payment method.
3.Order confirmation: sent via email to the provided address.
4.Delivery / Fulfilment:
-Physical products: shipped via courier service.
-Digital products: delivered via email or download link.
By placing an order, the user confirms acceptance of both this GTC and the Privacy Policy.
V. Prices / Payment Terms
All current product prices are displayed on the website. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices unilaterally at any time. Price changes take effect upon publication on the website.
Payments are made online via Stripe’s secure payment system.
The Buyer accepts that the Service Provider issues and sends all invoices exclusively in electronic form to the email address provided during the order process.
VI. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Method:
-Physical products (original paintings, prints) are shipped via courier service.
-Digital products are delivered electronically (via email or download link).
Delivery Fees:
-Within Hungary: [insert fixed delivery fee or cost based on weight/size].
-International shipping: subject to a custom quote; the Service Provider will inform the Buyer by email before confirming the order.
Delivery Time:
-For products in stock: within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
-For custom orders: the Service Provider will provide specific delivery time information directly to the Buyer.
Delivery and Responsibility:
-The courier delivers the package to the address specified by the Buyer.
-The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
-If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the cost of return and redelivery will be borne by the Buyer.
In Case of Damage:
-Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package. In case of visible damage, a report must be made with the courier, and the Service Provider must be notified immediately.
-Complaints submitted after delivery without an official report cannot be accepted by the Service Provider.
VII. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
For physical products (paintings, prints), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).
In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned in an undamaged condition to the Service
Provider’s address.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.
The Service Provider will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
For digital products (e.g., downloadable prints, wallpapers), the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the download has started.
For custom-made paintings, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal.
VIII. Consent to Data Processing
The User acknowledges and accepts the contents of the Privacy Policy.
The User expressly consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
IX. Other Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of the Website or suspend its availability at any time.
The Website and its contents are protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction, or redistribution of the Website’s content is only permitted with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend this GTC at any time. Any modification becomes effective upon its publication on the Website.
X. Governing Law
For all matters not regulated in this GTC, the following laws shall apply:
-Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code,
-Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services, and
-Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
